thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions, and to change one's usual pattern of
behaving. Modifying the way in which you think can facilitate both emotional and
behavioral change. Similarly, altering the way you act can result in cognitive
and emotional change. Essentially, we want you to feel more in control of your

Transpersonal Therapy believes that a person is not limited to being
identified with their personality; they are and can be more than that. The
term Transpersonal literally means beyond the person or personality.
It teaches you through contemplative practices how to calm your mind and body,
so you can feel better, think more clearly, and make better decisions.
Transpersonal therapists believe that human beings have the capacity to reach
undreamt levels of emotional and intellectual development.
